MOMENT OF ZEN

“Zen … does not confuse spirituality with thinking about God while one is peeling potatoes. Zen spirituality is just to peel the potatoes.”

Alan Watts

WINTER WEATHER PLAY

On this podcast I talk to Tim Steward about how he plays in the freezing weather of Chicago. We discuss tips for cold weather play, tips for keeping up your skills during the winter, and the importance of staying active during colder months to reduce your chance of injury when those warmer weather months come back around!

  1. Charles T. Barrie II says:

Stand and deliver in my opinion is a bad rule. The run up is a reward for a good drive to a location that allows for a run up. Inversely if you throw to an odd location that does not advocate a run up your inaccuracy is penalized.

When are we gonna get some chain!? I’ll be out at bayville at 0800 on Friday.
