Disc Golf Game Variations
Minutes:
MOMENT OF ZEN
“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty..”
-Albert Einstein

Thanks very much for the shoutout, and also for pronouncing my name right, you’d be surprised!
I’ve only been playing since a family vacation to Missouri for the 4th of July. Driven by aspirations to show up next year and handily beat them on the course, I stumbled upon Zen Disc Golf. While I hadn’t been playing for long enough to know weather ZDG has made a difference in my game, I do notice my attitude about the game is a lot more positive (instead of just “not negative”) than most of the strangers I have played with. Thanks again for putting the effort into sharing these ideas with other golfers, I look forward to reading your book when it arrives. Thanks again!
